Apartamentos Monasterio de San Antonio - adults only

perfect instructions as i arrived around midnight to collect keys......parking is a little further down the hill by 100m but very easy to find . the apartment was clean and some lights were on along with instructions / rules for the stay in various languages.....small kitchen area which was fine..lots of instant hot water and a nice balcony space with a view of mountains and the sea. suberb value for money in my opinion. some good local restaurants in the town and plenty of supermarkets. some lovely mountain areas to explore if your a confident driver . very responsive communication via whattsapp from the owners when i had a small issue with tv which was appreciated and they allowed me a slightly later check out due to a later flight which was also very kind of them. all in all a very positive experience .

i like a double bed and there was 2 single mattresses pushed together which seperated as i slept but didnt disturb my sleep...minor thing to me but a double mattress would have been much better , people have mentioned the hills and yes i would suggest a car is necessary to stay here but i did walk around the town and a certain level of fitness is required to walk around due to the gradients involved...its not harmful to your health however to get some excercise

Wonderful place to stay. Good location for going into town or going into the hills. Good coffee nearby.

The only negative was the noise from the countless weekend motorcyclists who absolutely need to make as much noise as possible.

The apartment is very nice, large and well equipped with everything you need, including beach towels. The area is good, close to the main alee where you can find stores and things to visit.

The inconvenient was the humidity that was in the area, that you can feel on your clothes and in the air, which also atracts ants probably. That is happening because of the weather, for sure. I wish the apartment had more heating products, nights were chilly and you had to dress to much to feel confortable.

The furniture and bed smell very specific. It was not comfortable for us to be there and sleep
