Ski holiday with small problem
We have booked 2 apartments for 8 people+a baby. We asked for a modification in advance as finally we were 9+the baby and they were very supportive and accepted the change. The apartments were comfortable and clean.
There is a strict arriving time frame from 14:00-18:00 and our group arrived in 3 parts. I arrived later than 18:00 with 3 other guests, but the family with the baby arrived in time but the apartments were booked on my name, so this was the first problem as the staff wanted to hand over the keys once the first arrival group could collect all the ID or passport numbers from the rest of the team and fill out every document. This should have been accepted without any problem, however i had many holidays when we collected all the details once the team was complete. My problem is that they did not even allow my friends to take the baby into the room first to let the little boy’s mum feed him (the baby was already crying) and once my friend could bring their stuff in the room, he could have returned to complete the registration form. So they had to start calling every guests to collect the id numbers etc. This took time of course and by 18:00 the man who was there said that now he has to go as his working hours are over, so it will be okay to fill out the form later... why this could not be allowed at the begining when they asked for with a crying baby in hand but only when the staff’s working hours were over? I have never experienced this level of unflexibility in tourism... on the other hand i could never reach anybody on the phone ever and the photos of the kitchens in the gallery were taken from a perspective which do not show how low the internal heights are in both apartments (in the kitchens) due to the fact that these apartments were on the top floor and the roof limited the height.

Es gab keine Heizung im Bad, aufgrund der Zimmeraufteilung, gibt es keine Möglichkeit zum gemütlichen Zusammensitzen außer in der Küche

Eine gute Adresse im Winter wie im Sommer
-sehr gute Lage mit Blick auf die Berge - sehr gute Loipen und Pisten - engagierter Vermieter - große, gemütliche Wohnung
- mehrere Mängel in der Wohnung mussten in den ersten Tagen behoben werden - Obst-/Müslischalen und ausreichend Messer fehlten

Zu wenig fürs Geld. Bad ohne Heizung, nur Barzahlung, teilweise kaputte Einrichtung. Skikeller selten geheizt, kein ordentlicher Platz für die Ski, nur ein Schlüssel für 4 Personen, Klo nicht abschließbar.
