Hôtel Belleval

The location of this boutique hotel was fantastic. Close to Gare St. Lazare with many metro and bus options. The rooms were great. We had a connecting room for our family of 4 in 203/204. Room 203 was smaller and a bit tight with all the bags, but room 204 was spacious. Mini fridges in every room. We appreciated the high-functioning air conditioning during a brutal heatwave. Even though the hotel is by a busy train station, it was quiet at night, even though our rooms faced the street. There is a cute outdoor seating area/courtyard - but couldn't take advantage because of the heatwave. There was a fitness room that my kids liked with table tennis and a sauna. Overall, a great experience. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location, close to public transport and convenient for visiting Paris. The Executive Suite was spacious and suitable for a family of four, with a useful walk-in closet. Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked well throughout the stay. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and a modern design

The experience did not match the price paid (approximately €600 per night including breakfast). The main issue was housekeeping. Our room was not serviced at all on one day and, on the following day, it had still not been cleaned by 4:30 PM despite no "Do Not Disturb" sign being displayed. We had to complain twice. What disappointed me most was not the mistake itself, but the way it was handled. We were told that the manager would contact us personally, but nobody ever did. After returning home, I also completed the hotel's feedback survey in detail and again received no response. Breakfast was very average, with a cramped layout and little character. The stay also started with a significant billing error at check-in, which fortunately I noticed before payment. Overall, there are positive aspects, but the service level and follow-up fell well below expectations for a four-star hotel at this price point.
