Comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms, very chic interiors, loved the little courtyard in the center.

Not much to complain about.

The property was fresh and clean.

Ambience and centrally located

The staff took out my sister’s belongings from perfume , children’s clothes books with out our notice nor communication .We raised a concern that was not addressed till the day we left , efforts to speak to a manager failed nor any help from the staff apart from one lady who promised forward our complaints to the administrators.We are waiting to hear from them and if no communication we are going legal with them .How do you explain my missing things to be found in the staff’s office ???

Excellent location, close to public transport and convenient for visiting Paris. The Executive Suite was spacious and suitable for a family of four, with a useful walk-in closet. Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked well throughout the stay. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and a modern design

The experience did not match the price paid (approximately €600 per night including breakfast). The main issue was housekeeping. Our room was not serviced at all on one day and, on the following day, it had still not been cleaned by 4:30 PM despite no "Do Not Disturb" sign being displayed. We had to complain twice. What disappointed me most was not the mistake itself, but the way it was handled. We were told that the manager would contact us personally, but nobody ever did. After returning home, I also completed the hotel's feedback survey in detail and again received no response. Breakfast was very average, with a cramped layout and little character. The stay also started with a significant billing error at check-in, which fortunately I noticed before payment. Overall, there are positive aspects, but the service level and follow-up fell well below expectations for a four-star hotel at this price point.
