Our entire stay was incredible. Our host offered free cancellation for a long time, which told me that she would be easy and flexible to work with. We asked for an early check-in (our flight arrived in the morning), and she said No Problem. Our DVD player wasn't working, so she came and replaced it. Xiomara was a fantastic host who thought of so many little things to make our stay phenomenal.The kitchen was extremely well-stocked. We ate in most meals and never really lacked anything. Spices, condiments, cookware. It was very well thought-out. The pool area was terrific. I was worried it would be too hot (it's in the sun all day) but it was perfect. The back yard was awesome in the morning and at night, and during the day, it was a great spot to lay out. Lots of pool inflatables were a nice touch.All four bedrooms were great. Beds comfortable, showers were great, very spacious. We went for several walks in the neighborhood--very safe and conveniently located to all things Scottsdale and Tempe. I can't think of a single negative thing to say, and I would highly recommend this place to all types of groups. Thanks for a really great stay!

This is a wonderful home with plenty of space to accommodate plenty of guests. We found it to be extremely well stocked with basics as well as extra goodies (we especially appreciated the snack basket and the game closet!). The large dining room table was perfect for a Father's Day brunch spread and the kitchen had every cooking utensil/pan we needed! Really a fantastic home!

The communication was very good. The amenities were great with very thoughtful bed trays with water and chocolates. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. We would definitely return.
