Hotel was ok for a one night stopover with a late arrival. Was a way out form town but didn’t matter as we weren’t there for long other than to sleep.

Breakfast was good but not very big.
Access to pool is through a parking lot - many guests walked into the elevator wet after the pool. Perhaps, there can be better signs for towels and not wetting elevator.
Also, we needed a taxi to Ha Long Bay - staff were kind enough to provide it but it took a while for it to arrive. When it arrived, it was a 4-seater instead of a 7-seater. We asked for a replacement - it came shortly after but the process took sometime.

Das Personal war sehr nett und das Zimmer sauber. Auch die Waschmaschine war gut! Die Zimmer waren außerdem sehr groß!
Die Unterkunft ist beinahe leer, was einem ein komisches Gefühl geben kann. Sauna wird zwar angegeben ebenso wie Küchenutensilien, jedoch war beides nicht da bzw. die Sauna verschimmelt. Um die Küchenutensilien wurde sich schnell gekümmert und diese wurden nachgereicht. Leider läuft außerdem sehr deprimierende Musik im Hotel.
Die Lage war etwas außerhalb, aber das wurde auch so angegeben.
