They gave us soap/shampoo bottles but they were empty, 4 nights and we did not get roam cleaned while we were there, they only tried one time while we were sleeping.

Superb location and parking. The hotel served its purpos. We enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was good, though the toasted bread seemed to finish and was never refilled. Personelle at breakfast very helpful.

The plastic covers on mattresses and pillows. That was awful made it all clammy and hot. There wasn't a menu for the supper and you had to let them know in advance if you wanted to eat there, so we never got a chance.

Not a good value for the money

- room was spacious - good location (but it's small village anyway) - small beds but comfortable - room was cool

- no soap! hard to believe .... - toilet paper roll left at 10% and no spare! - wifi only in lobby - toilet as large as a (small) cupboard - I was not allowed to park the bike under the roof extension (in case of rain): it was in the open - piece of dirt found on the floor (left from mountain boots?)

Rather tired hotel in perfect location for a few days in the mountain

Room is ok for 3 people and location is perfect. Staff is nice and friendly.

Firstly there is no pool, so maybe time to change the old picture of the hotel showing an outdoor pool on the publicity/brochure. Second, wifi never worked the 3 days we were there from our room. Third breakfast was ok if you show up early, if not you hardly get a bread with jam. The garden is full of plums, and luckily there is a playground next to the hotel. The bar in the garden or in the hotel was never open. The cinema was cancelled some nights without no notice, so people were waiting and then just gave up. The place felt more like an old people s home than a hotel. The evening meal was the worst meal we had in a hotel last 10 years, so has lots of room for improvement.

Structure d’accueil de collectivités. Ce n’est pas un hôtel. Chambre style dortoir, literie inconfortable, chambre mal équipée, défraîchie,mal agencée, salle de bains ridicule, horrible rideau de douche plastique sale. Accueil impersonnel sans convivialité. 113€ la nuit ! A ce prix là, on peut avoir une chambre dans un 4 étoiles. Scandaleux !

Séjour propre et calme. Personnel très avenant. Petit-déjeuner très cher et peu copieux.

Petit déjeuner non compris dans le prix de la chambre. Très très moyen et pas à la hauteur du prix facturé. Peu de choix, peu ou pas de fruits.

Cet établissement est parfait pour des colonies de vacances ou des groupes. Pas très approprié pour des personnes en couple ou même seule. Non prévu dans la réservation, mais : Il nous a été proposé le samedi midi un barbecue où tout était brulé à l'extérieur et pas cuit à l'intérieur (viandes et pommes de terre). Le tout pour un prix très élevé. Nous avons donc annulé notre deuxième petit déjeuner du dimanche matin.

Petit hôtel de montagne proche d'Auron

Nous avons passé une seule nuit au sein du Rabuons, tout s'est bien passé. Personnel agréable.

L'adresse indiquée est la mauvaise, vous arrivez à l'arrière d'un immeuble sur lequel une feuille est affichée avec des instructions également fausses. Puisqu'une fois sur le boulevard il est indiqué de prendre à droite, avancer jusqu'en face d'un parking alors qu'il fallait prendre à gauche. Rien de très grave, mais perte de temps à trouver l'hôtel dans la mauvaise direction...
