There were little tiny ants in kitchen and bathroom...I know, I know, they're Thai residents too.

The villa was very clean and spacious, with lovely sea views from the terrace. It was next to the community pool which was very convenient. Most of the time we were the only people using it so it felt like a private pool.
The villa was on a complex of about 25 villas but we didn't have any problems with noisy neighbours. There was a strict 'no noise' rule from 10:00pm until 06:00am which we thought was good.
The grounds of the development were really well kept and the staff were very efficient and friendly.
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the villa if you are looking for quality accommodation on a really well managed site.

The villa and the rooms are very spacious. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all the amenities you need for cooking. Very good for home cooking. The owners are very helpful. They always answered our inquiries instantly. We were provided support for our transportation need on the island upon our arrival. The environment is serene and quiet.
Since it's located in the northeast of the island, it's a bit far from all the activities. Transportation is required when exploring the island and going to the western coast.
