About this villa rental
This is a beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, with beautiful ocean views.
The house is 2 stories with a balcony on the upstairs Master bedroom, as well as a patio at the living room. The house is 20 meters from the community pool (kids can be watched from the patio). All linens are provided. Mid-week cleaning is included (or once-a-week on longer stays). Additional housekeeping can be provided if desired for an extra fee. Our small private beach is about 100 meters away. There is an Italian/Thai restaurant 300 meters up the shore, and a few restaurants within 3 kilometers. Some will deliver food and one will pick you up for meals. We have a part-time car-and-driver and have cars and scooters for rent.
We are located on the East Coast of Koh Chang, and White Sands Beach is 12 kilometers away.
There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and living spaces.
This is a small private community of 18 homes, in a quiet residential area Baan Talay Thai. There is a lot of room for kids to roam around without worrying about traffic, as we are at the end of a private road.
It's a very relaxing place to spend a holiday with family and friends.
We have many return customers, as it a special spot and beautiful home.
We can provide transportation from Bangkok for a reasonable fee.

We had a terrific holiday Koh Chang. The house is much bigger and nicer than in the photos. It's a perfect location in that it's surrounded by lush landscape and has the mountains behind and great ocean views. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The house was very clean and the kitchen has everything for preparing meals.
We also tried the two restaurants that deliver food to the house and they were both really good.
We enjoyed it very much and will certainly come back again next year.
