Por decir algo la mampara de la ducha no es el mejor modelo para gente alta y grande. Se suele salir más agua de lo normal.

Quite spacious 2-room apartment with a separate kitchen (equipped well enough to cook) and of course a bathroom. Quite cozy, with different light sources and pictures on the walls, which is a nice touch. It's also very quiet (there are no other apartments directly next to the apartment. The only one is adjacent to the bathroom so you cannot hear anything day or night). There are enough power outlets. The parking space is quite narrow. I had no problems with a Ford Puma, but if you have one of those gigantic SUVs you might have trouble squeezing in. There is a functioning elevator. The location is convenient - there is a bus stop (20 minute to the city center) directly opposite the entrance to the building. A quite large Carrefour Express next to the bus stop and a Mercadona 5 minute walk away. Many bakeries, bars, restaurants and "jamonerias" in the vicinity and of course more in the city center. The prices of food were surprisingly affordable, both in shops and restaurants. The beach is about a 3 minute walk. It's a beautiful, very wide sandy beach. Something rare at the Mediterranean. We had a great time in Malaga.

My only two complaints about the apartment: no wine glasses, that's a big oversight in a country with so much cheap and good wine (fortunately there was a corkscrew available). The second complaint are the small towels, which are not exactly new (they are perfectly clean, it's just that they've seen better days). We were visiting in the beginning of January and we had problems to get the towels dry (and to get the entire bathroom dry) between showers. We tried putting them under the AC set to heat, but it wasn't much help. Fortunately it rained only for 1 and a half days and when the sun came out it was more effective to dry the towels in the warm sun on lines outside of the window. But I couldn't find any clothespins and was afraid the wind will make the towels fall so it was still not an ideal solutions. Mind you: that this is a problem you won't have to deal with in spring, summer or autumn (but in spring and autumn the only drawback will be a lack of a balcony or terrace of any kind).
