About this villa rental
On the southern coast of Lanzarote in Playa Blanca, newly-constructed Villa Xana is in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from the golden beach and offers an exquisite pool area. Spanning 2 floors, the 250 m² villa is distinguished by its modern, bright design and consists of a living room, a dining room with a large table, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 3 en-suite bathrooms. The property can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair. The spacious outdoor area guarantees utmost privacy thanks to its tall, white walls lined by blooming vegetation. With a generous patio featuring a large pool (which is heated from November to May using solar panels, which means the temperature can vary depending on the weather), an outdoor shower, a barbecue area and an elegant dining area complete with a parasol, this is perfect place to relax with your loved ones. Sunbathe on the loungers by the poolside with a good book, refresh yourself in the crisp water on warm afternoons and enjoy the freshly-grilled meals at the table in the fresh air. You can reach the nearest supermarket in just a 7-minute walk (500 m) while the lively centre of Playa Blanca, with its many shops, bars, and restaurants serving many cuisines, is only 1 km or a 13-minute walk away. A bus stop is just beyond your front door. The closest beach, Playa Flamingo, is a 15-minute walk away (1 km). Stroll along the beach promenade, visit the local shops and stop by the romantic lookout point along the water to admire the colorful horizon over the ocean.

The Host was excellent, very helpful and the cleaner was amazing. The area round the pool was a sun trap with daily temperatures of 20 feeling like 25. Showers brilliant with great water pressure. Washing machine, iron, hair dryers all supplied. Nice walk into town and just close to the sea. Will be back ASAP.

Excellent pool area and pool itself. Location lovely 15 minute walk to beautiful Bay Area of Playa Flamingo. Great communication with host easy check in check out process. We had an issue with the main bedroom where aircon was not working so this room was very very hot and at times could not be used. Alerted property manager who sent maintenance around but this was not fixed for the duration of our stay which was inconvenient as we had purposely booked a 3 bedroom apartment. The pool area was lovely but some of the apartment could do with updating and just a general maintenance

Pros: The outside area and pool where fantastic. Kitchen, living room and bedrooms perfect with air conditioning. Also we were able to checkout a bit later, that was appreciated. I would recommend to bring google chrome for the tv no English stations.
Cons: The one thing that let down the property was the bathrooms. They could do with updating.

We had a lovely stay, however we did have issues with taxis finding us, even with the home owners support with the address. The villa was overall really good, but think the shower curtains could do with a refresh! Be careful with luggage going down the stairs too! Thanks so much, we will be back, having the extra couple of hours stay was super helpful!
