De ligging is echt geweldig. Het privé zwembad ligt voor het huis en vervolgens loop je vanuit je tuin zo het hagelwitte zandstrand van Beau Vallon op.
Het huis, met name de keuken, verdiend een opknapbeurt

A formerly very smart villa that needs some TLC. Location on this stunning beach, with good restaurants and bars nearby is great for a few days.

la situation géographique de Villa Mimi qui est directement sur la plage de Beau Vallon. La taille du logement pour une famille. L'accès direct à la plage depuis le jardin. L'accès à la piscine de Chateau Elysium.
Certains équipements ne sont pas à la hauteur de l'attendu : frigo sous dimensionné pour une famille et qui ne fonctionne pas très bien. Four avec toutes les indications effacées, on ne sait pas comment positionner les réglages. Machine à laver la vaisselle à changer, léger manque d'entretien du lave linge. Douches à l'étage "capricieuse" : pression et eau chaude aléatoires
