O Festival Palace, terrace with panoramic sea view

The location was very convenient with excellent views over the Harbour and up to the old city. Very clean and well presented apartment, with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Nicholas was very welcoming and informative.

The sliding doors to the Terrace do not lock - although there was an internal shutter that i closed when not there. However the shutter mechanism is a little fragile. The 'suspended bed' that lowers from the ceiling is comfortable and a great use of space - but some sort of steps to climb into the bed at night would be a positive - as i am not as agile at 60 !! also ideally would have a choice of pillows (firmer) as a great addition.

First of all, thank you to Linda DEMEUSY for the excellent communication. I immediately fell in love when I saw the view while browsing the site. Sometimes things just happen; the pictures don't even come close to reality. The location is perfect, on the busiest street. It's a new building with a great supermarket underneath. If your wine runs out, you can get a cold rosé within 3 minutes while enjoying the view. The apartment lacks nothing; so many fine details have been considered that even I (an interior designer) was surprised. We loved Cannes, but we loved the apartment even more. From now on, we will definitely spend a few days of our summer holidays here. The beaches are close; you can go to the beach, have lunch at home, and then go back to the beach. The Marche Forville market is very close. The balcony is spacious and the view is magnificent. I highly recommend it.

Great location and overall clean place

The bed was a platform bed that was lowered over the sofa. To get in and out of bed you have to climb on the coffee table. Its inconvenient at best, dangerous at night if you need to go to the bathroom. On top of that the “bed” is not comfortable and the sofa is so old and low that your back is hurting no matter where you stay. The bed situation should definitely have been clearly described and it was not. Also please give us towel that are more than had towels and if you have a washer leave at least enough detergent for two or three loads.
