Everything was lovely, the rooms were quite luxurious. We were in the Suite which had an extra bedroom but it was very small with a slanting ceiling! Elizabeth was lovely, very friendly and helpful and was there to make sure you had a lovely breakfast every morning and sort any issues out for you.
The WiFi wasn’t working when we arrived but they got it fixed the next day. The blind in our room kept falling off. There was a bit of a sewage smell in the bathroom! We were a party of 4 with 2 rooms and in the other room the shower was leaking!

Elizabet, Francisco and the very helpful Tunisian girl who served breakfast Day1. Thankyou for help with free parking.Comfortable room with Terrace - good shower and bathroom. Breakfast good and my husband very relieved re proximity to all things coffee😍.

Very close to Ragusa Ibla center, with public parking on the street immediately in front of the building. The room is spacious, with balcony and city center is in a walking distance
Shower is in a niche in the room, without window and without a proper closure that let the water flow/flood into the room. Bed is OK, mattress could be better. Despite there are just 4 rooms, the common area for the breakfast is immediately out of the door (not soundproof), hence all the noise for breakfast preparation and people talking loud can be audible from the room.
