Il primo giorno l'acqua calda non funzionava, per fortuna il secondo giorno è intervenuto un tecnico per il ripristino anche se era domenica. Un scomodo per chi ha molti bagagli, all'andata ci ha aiutato il proprietario e abbiamo utilizzato l'ascensore, il ritorno più complicato....

L’alloggio vanta una posizione super centrale e strategica, è accogliente, ordinato e pulito, fornisce tutto il necessario, anche quello di cui non sai di aver bisogno. È sorprendente la cura nei dettagli e l’accoglienza di Frank, che ti guida e supporta dal primo istante, fino al momento del check out. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Un alloggio del genere svolta la vacanza, rendendola indimenticabile.

The rooms were unique with new furniture, quite clean and as shown in the photos. The air conditioning was perfect,… very silent. Beds comfortable. Ragusa centre is beautiful and it is within walking distance from the rooms. They have a minibar with very reasonable prices. Michelle was very helpful and gave us a lot of information.

On booking.com, it said that it was on ground floor. In reality, to go to the rooms you have to walk up a very steep road because it is not accessible by car. After that, you have to go up quite a few high steps. If you are physically fit, it won’t be a problem. The parking is quite far from the rooms. The tv was only a very small screen and no channels were available. Neither the wifi, nor the mobile reception were working from the room downstairs. The rooms give directly to a passage used by others. So you cannot leave a window open for natural light and whoever passes, is heard from inside during the night.
