Location and the fact that the host let us in after closure
No one told us where we should leave the keys and personal information form when we were leaving early (we had to to fill it in by ourselves because we came to the apartment after the reception closed)

Absolutely spotlessly clean, very friendly welcoming owner.
There was a strong smell of drains which was disappointing however this seemed to be everywhere around Alora.

Clean, everything was brand new
Bed way too small for two, noisy way too early in the morning, especially the main door being slammed incessantly, could use a reading lamp on the bed side table
