The place is in a great area, close to shops as well

When we arrived the staff didnt even have our bookings, they were confused and i had to explain that i booked on booking.com and made payment on booking.com, which is a concern because if they had sold all the rooms then i would have been left stranded. After we checked in we were advised to be careful of room number 8 as the door locks on its own which is concerning as if they know the issue their rooms have then they should be fixing the issues and ensuring that everything is working properly. All in all its not good value for money

The pool. Small but comfortable and warm, clean and well taken care off. There was no shelter though so it was a bit difficult to swim as it was raining. Otherwise it was super nice. My partner and I liked it very much.

The room was too small. Hygiene, our sheets were only changed once but we were there for three nights. Also the towels were not changed. The Wi-Fi as well, we were not given the password, so the only thing that had access to password was the TV.
