Staff are friendly and helpful, the grounds are very well maintained, the rooms are neat and clean.

The road noise in the front facing rooms is quite loud but not unbearable.

The beds in the Unit number 55 which was allocated to me, were both in a very poor condition. My wife and I booked at the same venue at the beginning of July, with some friends, and the beds we had in those rooms were fine. This Unit was a great disappointment to me unfortunately

The room was very spacious compared to most double rooms. The receptionist was very polite and helpful.

Definitely the cleanliness. There was dust and dirt in the lamp shades, in the corners of the dresing table, on the bathroom mirror, on the bathroom shelf, on the window sills. The bathroom had dead insects smashed up and stuck on the walls and the door. The parking area was way too far from the rooms and also too high. There was alot of noise at night from the generator and the traffic.The description of the rooms on the website says that the rooms have a garden and river view which is false as the only view you get from the rooms are the roof tops of the bottom chalets and the factory across the lodge.
