This condominium has a spacious balcony off the living room, kitchen, and guest bedroom and a smaller balcony off the master bedroom. The large balcony has two cushioned chaise lounges, a table and 4 chairs. The smaller balcony has 2 comfortable chairs and a small table. There is a twin size rollaway cot and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. There are four flat screen TVs all connected to cable. The living room, guest bedroom, and kitchen TV are Smart and connected to Netflix. This unit has a laundry room with new washer and dryer.

Maisons-sur-Mer offers 24/7 security. The building has four high speed elevators, a large heated pool and kiddie pool, direct beach access, two tennis courts, a fitness center, and a game room with ping pong table and air hockey. You can enjoy the Ocean Club lounge, Bon Appetit which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and the outdoor Tiki Bar which serves a variety of beverages by the pool (seasonal).
