✦ All guests must sign in at the front desk to receive their Pool Pass. An additional fee will be charged for any unreturned pool passes.

Everything about these condos was wonderful...amenities to location! We enjoyed our stay so much we paid for an extra day to stay a little longer.

We were vacationing in the Sarasota area so chose this for location,price and room. We rented 2 units & it could have slept 8 or more. We had 6 with plenty of room! Great to have full kitchen & washer dryer. Wish more time for club house pools hot tub tennis.
