A ~2,000 sq ft main house with two large king-bed suites, full gourmet kitchen, open-plan dining for 10, living room with queen sleeper sofa, and a TV/entertainment lounge. Central heating and air conditioning. High-speed WiFi. Satellite TV. Every room connects to the sun-soaked grounds.

Gated entry to 14 acres of serene grounds.
Solar-heated pool (May to October) with optional propane gas heating ($500 paid at least 2 weeks in advance).
Gas-heated jacuzzi for six, available year-round.
Outdoor kitchen for grilling. Gas fire table on the deck.
Pergola-shaded lounge area for afternoon wine. Picnic table, garden paths, and mature live oaks
🏠 Main House (Approx. 2000 sq. ft.):
Sleeps up to 6 adults with two master bedrooms.
Gourmet kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances.
Open-style dining room for 10 people.

TV/entertainment area with a sectional sofa.

PARKING & CHECK-IN
Self-check-in via keypad. Arrival code is 3425N (shared in your booking details). Check-in: 4 PM. Check-out: 11 AM. Please note: no early check-in is offered — we need the full turnover window to maintain our cleaning standards.
The main house is located on a large property with other structures. We rent to only one group at a time, so you would not share the property with any other guests regardless of whether you rent the main house (this listing), guest house, or both houses.

There is ample parking on the asphalt area at the end of the driveway, near the main house and pool. Park anywhere on the asphalt (not on dirt), except directly in front of the garage, as we need unobstructed access to the garage interior. The garage is not for guest parking. After you park, simply follow the sign to the Guest (not Main) house.
🚫 Policies:
NO DOGS OR PETS (no exceptions), including service and assistance animals, are allowed on the property at any time, since this would create a health and safety hazard for the owners who have severe allergies.
No additional undisclosed guests.
Check-in after 4:00 PM to ensure thorough cleaning.
No discounts offered; our pricing reflects the provided amenities.
Standard Amenity Availability Disclaimer:
While we take great care to maintain all onsite amenities to a high standard, peripheral amenities—including pool heating, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, and BBQ—may occasionally experience maintenance or operational issues, sometimes due to prior guest use. Should an issue arise, we will communicate transparently and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. However, due to short turnaround windows between stays, repairs may not always be completed prior to your arrival.
In the uncommon event that an advertised amenity is unavailable during your stay, a courtesy credit of up to $80 per day per affected amenity may be offered. No additional compensation, refunds, or trip adjustments will apply. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept this policy.
Please note that if a reservation is canceled and qualifies for a refund under the cancellation policy, a $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund to cover non-refundable payment processing fees charged to us at the time of booking.
