O ambiente muito bom para descanso, alimentação sensacional; nos 5 dias de estadia tivemos um excelente serviço de refeições, qualidade, diversidade e muita, muita comida boa. A interação e atividades diárias, shows, músicas, recreação adulto e infantil, de verdade, gostamos muito e pretendemos retornar.
Ao fazer o checkin e entrar no quarto, vimos que a qualidade da limpeza estava ruim, prontamente a recepção tratou para resolver, disponibilizou outros quartos para troca ou que a equipe de limpeza estivesse para corrigir (resolvido), porém, a qualidade da limpeza diaria é fraca, time de limpeza não realiza com qualidade. Se ajustar isso, certamente a nota passa de 8 para 10.
