Welcome to Seascape 3030, a beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach getaway designed for comfort and relaxation. Enjoy modern amenities including flat-screen TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, plus wireless internet throughout.
The first floor features a well-stocked kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room. Step out onto the large deck, where you’ll find a gas grill and ample seating—perfect for unwinding after a day of golf, tennis, or beach fun.
On the second floor, you'll find two guest bedrooms, one with two full beds and one with a king bed. Both bedrooms on the second floor share a bathroom. The top floor is dedicated to the master suite, complete with a king-size bed, a newly renovated private bath, and a spectacular private balcony offering a bird's-eye view of the palm trees and surrounding nature.
Seascape Villas provides a serene, sub-tropical atmosphere with two saltwater swimming pools, scenic walking trails, and picturesque lagoons connected by charming bridges. Enjoy exclusive access to the private Beach Cabana, located oceanfront, which includes outdoor showers and separate men’s and women’s restrooms.
Please note, there is a 3-night minimum stay.

Everything was wonderful! Fernando was extremely helpful in lining up the stay and taking care of the details, and the office staff were helpful every time we had questions. The condo was wonderful, and the beach was less than a five minute walk from the door. Couldn't be happier!

Came back to stay here after staying in this unit last year. Enjoyed the new grill. Great location. Will come back again next summer.

Great location. About a half mile walk to the beach access and 3/4 mile walk to Malls, shops and restaurants.
The unit was very clean, outdated with too many stairs for my liking. Also, he parking situation was weird and there were few lights outside.
We were surprised only 1 trash bag and no coffee filters were provided for our 7 day stay. The coffee pot was missing when we arrived, but the rental office quickly replaced it with a new coffee pot.
Overall, we didn’t like the townhouse and wouldn’t stay there again.
