About this apartment rental
This is mountain living at its finest! This renovated condo is located at The Reserve, a premier community at the top of Sugar Mountain, one of the only communities where every unit has central heating, air conditioning, and fireplaces. Enjoy your stay at this condo, at 5100 feet, where the average temperature in the summer rarely exceeds 72 degrees and winter sports are a walk away. Regardless of the temps outside, you can spend your time marveling over the unobstructed, layered mountain views and majestic sunsets!
Reserve 25C has level parking (important), a western facing 300 sq/ft balcony, and only a 358 yard walk to the top slopes/lifts.
There is a king bed in the primary, a queen in the guest room, and a luxury queen sleeper sofa in the living room, all complete with cozy down comforters. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, 32 in. LCD combo TV/DVD, and en suite full-size bathroom. The primary bath has a garden tub.
The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with service for 12 and all the gadgets your menu could demand. Relax and unwind with a fire in the stacked-stone fireplace, watch your favorite show on the new 65" Smart TV, or head out to the covered patio to rock your afternoon away taking in the layered mountain views of NC, TN, and VA!
Walk to ski slope access or take a quick drive to reach golf and tennis (on Sugar Mountain), hiking, rafting, bike trails, gem mining, antiquing, dining, shopping and other nearby attractions, minutes to downtown Banner Elk and a short drive to Boone. ONE OF THE BEST FEATURES about staying on Sugar is that there are two grocery stores minutes away (Food Lion and Lowes Foods). Whether you do everything or do nothing, you will stay comfortably and stylishly in this beautiful condo.

WITHOUT PERMITS WILL BE TOWED AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE* Absolutely NO Pets. Max occupancy 4. 4x4/AWD, chains or snow tires needed in winter. Also, EV charging is not allowed at the Reserve. There is a $100.00 fine for anyone found charging one. No Check-ins Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement upon booking.

We really enjoyed everything about our stay, and would definitely stay again. The view was fantastic. The rental was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed. Great location too!
