Stayed for 3 days in this cozy rental. Flawless check in and host was easy to contact at all times. Host provided every material thing that we needed, quality towels, dishes, containers, appliances...etc. The rental was exceptionally clean. The fenced in portion of the yard is a shaded shared space with comfortable seating. When we checked out we forgot all of our personal property and left 2 nice kayak paddles under the bed where we were storing them. Easily contacted the host 3 hours after checkout and since no one had reserved the rental the following day, they allowed us to arrive the next day unsupervised to collect our paddles. The host offered to store the paddles in the warehouse if we could not arrive before re-rented. The host was accommodating and friendly. The walk to down town is easy to do; take an umbrella though!

This property was clean, and convent to everything in Hot Springs. It was a great little spot and was exactly what I needed for a few days. The property host was so nice and communicated clearly their expectations and
