The location was great, low traffic quiet neighborhood, 5min walk to the beach. Vottage eas clean, kitchen well-outfitted.

It’s in a great location for walking to the beach. It was clean inside but very outdated decor. The worst part about it was the driveway was not paved nor did it have much gravel. It didn’t have a sidewalk or pavers into the house so we were constantly tracking in dirt and leaves. We had to sweep off the front step because it was covered in mud and leaves when we got there. If the owner put in some effort and declutter the inside and put some concrete or Gravel in the front it would be perfect place.
