Was everything we needed for our annual family vacation to the beach. Couldn’t have asked for easier check in/out, better communication with the owner, location, and the special touches for the kids were exactly what we were looking for.

The location was absolutely great! A short walk to downtown restaurants and only a 10-ish minute drive to the beach. We are active, so none of this bothered us. The washer/dryer was removed and should not be reflected in the listing because we were really looking forward to packing light, but we made it work. Sam was very responsive when it seemed that the A/C wasn’t working, but it was just a small matter. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit, but everything was great. Lots of spices to choose from, we purchased a spatula (not a big deal), and left coffee behind because there was some there already. Be sure to pack beach towels, or you’ll have to buy some. Overall, it was a great place. We really enjoyed it!

The stay was great, however if you plan to stay more than a day or two I would recommend bringing your own towels. There is no washer or dryer which was disclosed after booking. The internet speeds are horrible and there were no baking pans. The rest of the apartment was ok.

So my partner and I have stayed at many VRBOs in the past, but this one was one of the strangest. On the first night, around 11:35pm a homeless person came knocking at the door, gave us a good spook since we were not expecting anyone. We were a bit paranoid after that each night. We noticed a lot of homeless people and their activities pick up at night around the area. There was also leak in the bathroom sink. The host was nice and got us a repair man the next day since we noticed the leak late at night, but the handyman was odd. He used the restroom and didn't fully close the door, so we could hear everything. He was also burping up a storm, and proceeded to touch everything after using the bathroom and he 100% did not wash his hands. He also left a nice mess for us to clean up afterwards. Aside from that, the place is a bit more run down than the pictures show. There were also a lot of ants all over, both my partner and I got ant bites, one of us in bed and the other while using the restroom. Nothing against the host as they communicated with us and were polite, but we have a duty to be honest about our overall experience here. We wouldn't stay here again.

It was a nice residential neighborhood, down to a neighborhood cat. The apartment is a perfect bachelor pad or place to live w 1 person. Super cozy for a couple on a short stay. It was exactly as advertised. There is a local restaurant row nearby.

Couple disappointments were that the washer wasn’t fixed prior to our arrival and the pull out sofa mattress needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable to sleep on.

First day we arrived we found this property as advertised, it was a pleasant stay very clean cosy appartement. Everything is just minutes away shopping Beach ETC. The Master Bedroom King Bed was very relaxing great mattress to get rid off the daily tiredeness Thanks so much !!! Would definitely come back to this property

Samora’s property was everything we were looking for: it was roomy and clean for the two of us with a nice living room, kitchen, and a very big bedroom with the comfy bed everyone describes. Further, it was just close enough for a eight minute stroll to find dinner and shopping at downtown old Hollywood Boulevard, and a short 8 minute drive to the beach and the Broadwalk

Small one bedroom apartment which is good for a short stay for a single person or a couple. Not a good place if you travel with kids for a few reasons. First of all, it 's too small and second, the neighbors may start complaining if you infant is too noisy. The place is missing a dishwasher. The floor was dirty and required wet cleaning. The washer/dryer was out of service although it was listed at the time of booking. I would cancel my reservation if I knew the washer/dryer was not available. The owner is responsive. Location is pretty good. Close to everything.

Samora has a great apartment in a beautiful section of Hollywood, if you have a bike it would be perfect to ride downtown and take in the downtown eating and shopping experiences. Very conveniently located near many attractions.The place was clean, well laid out and had many of the amenities one would need. I definitely look forward to staying here again. The king size bed is very comfortable, the roll a way wasn’t bad either.There are a lot of choices in the Miami area to stay, but I would seriously recommend anyone to give this place a try.
