About this house rental
House is in the center of little village Splitska, with big terace and beautiful view on the whole town. The space have a big barbecue on the big terace and a little fire place in side the house. The heating pool is in the back of the house. with the big sun deck and sunbeds. In the house is one bathroom and two bedrooms. Two bedrooms are for the couples and sofa is in the livingroom for two guests. The guests have towels and linen in the house. The guests also have 2 bicycle for using while staying with no extra charges. The house don't have a washing machine, but it is not the problem, because we can wash the laundry for the guests. Guests have also free Netflix that is connected to the smart TV that they can turn it on with one button on the remote. Altogether, anything guests ask we try to please them. We always treat the guests when they come, for welcoming, with some kind of tradicional food (fish, clamsheel, meat, smoked ham, tradicional cakes etc.)The guests have access to market (50 m) two restaurants, one pizzeria and one caffe bar. There are many beaches near the house, 500 m is beautiful bay of Zastup, with the caffe bar. 5 km from splitska is the beautiful sand beach Lovrečina with the restaurant, ideally for children. The guests have also possibility to see one of the beautiful beach in Croatia (Zlatni Rat beach is sometimes referred to as the Golden Cape or Golden Horn and is regularly named as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, 3rd beautiful in Europe).This is a very peaceful place, but the guests also have access to near town of Supetar 5 km from Splitska, which has a pleanty of contents (disko, cinema, caffe bars, restaurant, fish market, markets, beaches with different contents(wind surfing, water scooter, scuba diving etc.), bike rental, etc.).There is a ferry from Split to Supetar (island Brać) almost every hour, and the guests have a parking place just under the house.

As two-time previous visitors to and fans of Croatia, we wanted to visit one of the islands and chose Brac as a laid back destination with beautiful scenery, clear water and a lot of local character. The island was wonderful and this apartment was the perfect place to come home to after a day exploring. We don't say "home" lightly, because this really felt like a home with all the facilities we would have at home on hand. The kids loved the pool, we loved sitting on the balcony looking out over the beautiful harbour and our hosts Toni and Ivana did everything possible to make us feel welcome. Splitska is quiet (especially in May), allowing us to get away from busier, tourist filled areas but also to have easy access to them if needed. We can't speak highly enough of the whole experience and would recommend to anyone.

The most perfect location and property. We stayed for 10 days with our 2 children aged 8 and 10. We all absolutely loved it. Swimming in the pool and the sea opposite the apartment everyday, exploring the island and eating out in the village. I can't recommend this enough, we will definitely be returning.

Wonderful stay. The view from the terrace of the village and bay is absolutely stunning! Splitska is a lovely beautiful village - it has a shop with everything you need, 2 restaurants, a pizzeria and cafe bar - all a stones throw from the villa. Toni was a great host.

Had 10 incredible days in Splitska. House is so perfect, outside space is stunning and so close to the sea. Would go back tomorrow if we could! Too hot to do much more than swim but that was ideal for us. Sea is so clear and warm. Lots of great snorkeling too. Fabulous hosts including a delicious treat of homemade Croatian sweet treats.
