I love everything about Casa Agata. The host, Fabio was very accommodating and warmth on welcoming us and briefing us about everything we can use inside. Peaceful atmosphere inside the building, it was nice and quiet. The bathroom is excellent, very clean and the water temperature and pressure of the shower was just perfect.The bedrooms are nicely decorated, walls and floors are clean, bedsheets and towels were freshly ready for us when we arrived. The living room set up and lighting is a mood booster. The kitchen is excellent- pots and pans are there for us to use-saved us money from eating out. The parking is excellent as well, private and has locked gate. Most of all, it is near to everything, shops and supermarket. I will definitely come back here. I highly recommend Casa Agata!

Gutes Apartment mit mehr Potenzial
Mir hat die Größe der Wohnung gefallen und die Aufteilung der Zimmer. Ebenfalls auch die räumliche Trennung von Toilette und Dusche. Auch das die Küche einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach hat. Auch hat mir sehr gut gefallen, dass der Vermieter zügig auf eine Anfrage reagiert hat.
Die Lage ist nicht schön und an der Außenseite befand sich ein Gerüst welches die Aussicht nach Außen versperrte. Ebenfalls hat die Waschmaschine nicht funktioniert und war defekt. Auch hat die Wohnung auch ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich und benötigt mal wieder etwas Auffrischung in Form von kleineren Reparaturarbeiten. Auch ist der Innenhof sehr schmutzig. Für Fahrer mit Elektrofahrzeugen ist zu sagen, dass die Unterkunft keine Möglichkeit zum Laden bereitstellt. Auch sollte die Möglichkeit einer anderen Zahlung der Gebühren für die Stadt angeboten werden. Eine Barzahlung mit dem hinlegen des Geldes in der Wohnung wirkt doch etwas unseriös.

Mi è piaciuto tantissimo tutto, l'accoglienza all'arrivo, la disponibilità in caso di aiuto. L'appartamento era fantastico al di sopra delle aspettative, pulito, luminoso e confortevole. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Lo consiglio a tutti. 💋 💋 💋

Grande e pulito
Impossibilità di usare accessori per mancanza di prese tedesche, ascensore rotto appartamento e al 3 piano, il palazzo è in fase di ristrutturazione quindi un cantiere. Bisognerebbe segnalarlo.
