About this house rental

The tranquil Caribbean design coexists with the peacefulness of the prairie in this 1,700 sq. foot walkout basement NW of Kearney near Cottonmill Lake. Spacious living room and bedrooms with a large, partially enclosed patio open into the backyard for play space by day and star gazing on clear nights. Paved roads to the north end shopping center and UNK campus -- 10 minutes each way.

We had a great time celebrating a late Christmas with our family at the Seas the Day rental. We had everything we needed for our stay. We had our grandchildren with us and they loved the fish tank and the playground equipment outside. We really enjoyed being out of town and appreciated the view and the quiet. Anita was a wonderful host and was very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect place for us and had everything we needed. Lovely countryside view. Our grandson was so excited to see the fish and the playground! Clean place and very responsive host.
