Three bedroom, one bathroom upstairs apartment with full kitchen, dining and laundry room. Treetop back deck perfect for anytime during the day, especially peaceful in the morning and evening. Block and a half from downtown, 5 minute walk to both city parks, 15 minutes to Lovewell lake, 1 block from the grocery store and couple blocks from several restaurants/bars. Perfect getaway for large families and hunters with off street parking for 1 car.
