The apartment is simply great. It's located on second floor of modern building and its very clean and looks like recently renovated. There are multiple furniture's so you can keep your things accessible, without mess. In the apartment you will find a lot of accessories, tools, appliance and fully equipped kitchen. There is blazing fast WiFi in the apartment, so anyone can use it without any problems.
Each room has own AC and own balcony. The bathroom was super clean and supplied with bathroom accessories.
House location is also great. It's 6min (slow walk) from the public beach entrance. There are also very good and very nice private beaches aside. Around the house there are multiple shops, restaurants, bars etc. If any one wants to go to San Benedetto del Tronto center it's also in reach of a walk within dozen minutes.
Owners are super friendly and really communicative.
There is an option to book a parking, it's extra paid, but I think it's worth the money. In the high season it's not easy to find any free slot close to the building.
Everything was great. The only thing we missed was a kettle to boil a water for tea, but having all other appliances you can work around this.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Ausstattung ist super. Die Lage ist auch ein Traum, man erreicht in wenigen Gehminuten den Strand,aber auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.
Das ein oder andere scharfe Messer wäre nicht schlecht....Außerdem vielleicht noch ein weiterer Topf. Das ist an dieser Stelle jammern auf hohem Niveau 😊
