The overall design of the resort and beauty of the gardens are exceptional. The entire resort is accessible and the staff went out of their way to know our names and greet us. Our room was new and clean and comfortable. Amenities and activities were excellent. WiFi was generous and consistent. The gym is well equipped.
Nitpicking here because it was truly great, but they are a little stingy with drinking water, some games in the game room cost extra even for paying resort guests. But these were very minor inconveniences.

The rooms & facilities were wonderful although there were hiccups at the point of check in. The staff named Ms Jomari & Ms Faye were exceptionally amazing & helpful
The f&b department only. Never follow correct instructions & send our food an hour later when they promised to send it within 20-30mins & sent it to the wrong room
