There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce.     We loved riding the bikes! There were plenty of towels, beach chairs, sand toys and a wagon for pulling everything you need to the beach.     We had a great time. House was perfect with all the amenities. The green area out front was perfect for the boys to play soccer, baseball, etc. beach front was perfect, loved the sound of the crashing waves at night. We did a nice bon fire and the shopping provided all the last min supplies we didn’t pack. So many great things to share about this place. The house is very clean.

    I will never book another property managed or owned by AvantStay as my reservation/booking was cancelled by AvantStay on the very same day I was due to check-in. I was physically on the road to the destination when I received the notification that my booking was cancelled!!!! Very unhappy - dissatisfied.

    We had a fun-filled 4 day vacation at Sea Glass in Newport Beach. All 3 generations of vacationers throughly enjoyed staying at the home. Besides the breathtaking coastline, the younger children loved the park right in front of the home where they played baseball, catch, soccer. The beds were comfortable and the living space large enough our group of 9. We would definitely come back again!

    We loved this property for its location to the pier and to all the shops and bars. The view can't be beat and the extra parking is a huge bonus!!
