ONLY GAS LSV RENTALS ALLOWED-gate pass required
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

The Lake House facility is Managed exclusively by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association (SIPOA).
Outdoor Pool: Complimentary access with QR code
Fitness Center, Group Fitness Classes & Indoor Pool: Available at a daily rate of $15 per person per day.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

This is our second time staying in this condo. It is amazing! Plenty of space, the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals (if you want), the screened in porch is perfect for watching the rain on the golf course. There are no negatives! Alive this particular condo!

It was perfect! We loved the golf course view and the short bike ride to the beach. The property is nice with comfortable beds and plenty of space for our family. Enjoying coffee and dinner out in the screened in porch every morning and evening was one of my favorite things to do. This was one of our favorite beach vacations and we will definitely book again!

We had a great vacation. The condo was in a great location and fit our needs perfectly. The two downsides to the condo. First it looks a bit tired and in need of some TLC. That would not have bothered us but the job the cleaning service did was very poor. We got there on Saturday and spent the first two hours of Sunday cleaning.
