everything is excellent ! the Appartment is very spacious , comfortable , there are big windows and a lot of light . great view on the mountains ! the hosts are very friendly and helpful . you can buy home made products there also . There is also enough kitchenware. It’s about 10 min drive to the nearest ski slop ( kits ski resort). Thank you so much !
i don’t even know , nothings really important. maybe i would add warm floor on the toilet . it’s a little cold there :-). also mattress in the bigger bedroom is a little too soft to my taste.

Great flat for family ski holiday
The flat is great, it is well located and well equipped. It is close by ski stations, many choices are available. The flat is in farm with sheeps. The children were happy to feed the animals and play with the dog after a day skying.

Very well equipped, new, clean, beautiful terrace with amazing view, own steam room next to bedroom, which was best relax after full day of skiing.

Ausgezeichnet!
We have had an amazing ski-trip for 4 nights with 4 adults! The accomodation was new, clean and very cozy decorated. The surroundings are also beautiful so it’s the perfect place to get a rest after a day of skiing. The owner was an excellent host, who also gave us a taste of the local cuisine. We would recommend this accomodation to everyone who wants to stay in Tirol for several days!

Mooi, schoon en groot appartement met alle belevenisbergen op rij afstand!
Heel groot, schoon en fijn verblijf in een prachtige omgeving. Zeker met kinderen aan te raden! Trampoline en speeltuin aanwezig en de dochter van de gastheer en gastvrouw geeft graag een rondleiding langs alle dieren op het erf, superleuk! Onze kinderen hebben heerlijk gespeeld en geslapen. Zelfs met warme dagen was het prima te doen qua temperatuur op de kamers. Verse eitjes verkrijgbaar en ook lekkere wijn.

Prachtige rustige locatie, met heel mooi uitzicht vanaf t balkon. Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. De hond en kippen vonden onze kids geweldig.
