lovely furnished. quiet location.

we had no outdoor furniture to use whilst using the hot tub. I did report this and was told I will do what I can but none turned up and call to update us.

I wasn't happy with not being able to talk to someone as and when I needed to. If nobody can be on site it would be great if calls could be answered straight away.

Lakeside Lodge

Location was beautiful - right on the lake so always a lovely view. Large Lodge - very spacious, clean and luxurious. Clear instructions on how to get into site and lodge along with a welcome call to ensure everything was alright for us. Hot tub was lovely and clean.

Check in time was 4pm so quite late in day, check out was 10am which is quite early. Big turn around time which would be understandable however, we had to remove the linen from beds ourselves and place in bin bags for collection. Also had to empty bins. I dont mind doing this but wouldn't expect to for the price it is.

the beds are so comfy, best nights sleep in ages, the view is amazing, the hot tub was perfect, felt like home from home, loads of space, peaceful and relaxing, sofas were super comfy aswell,

that I had to leave the property lol.

Very good lodge nice location shame about the construction work

The lodge was spacious modern and extremely well equipped and lovely having a view of the lake. The hot tub was an added bonus and wrap around balcony provided choice of seating areas.

The work going on at the park preparing groundworks for further lodges. Lorries, vans, tarmac laying machines were coming and going at various times throughout the day starting on one occasion as early as 7.30 am and generally 8 am. This was not conducive to a peaceful and relaxing break

The location was excellent, easy accessible. There was plenty of space. The accommodation was great and clean, exactly how it was described and photos did it justice.
