The apartment was modern, clean, and well equipped. It was in a very central and convenient location, and yet fairly quiet. Would stay again.

The mattress on the bed was quite uncomfortable and may need replacing. The bed was a sofa bed so I didn't expect it to be very comfortable, but it had little support and dipped a lot in the middle. One other minor issue - it was hard to shave because you had to stand between the bathroom mirror and the light. A small light by/in the mirror would have been helpful.

A very nice modern apartment which is ideally located.

Great price for a central location. Right by Bus Stop #4 and under a 10-minute walk to three major grocery stores. The layout is perfectly comfortable for a solo traveler.

Not a 1-Bed: It is a cramped studio with a corner kitchenette. Unsuitable for two people. The Sofa Bed: Intentionally hidden from listing photos. It is thin, uneven, and very uncomfortable. Late Policy Notices: A week before check-in, management sent aggressive messages about cleaning fees and forced me to accept the sofa bed. Even though it was technically within the cancellation window, it was completely impractical to find any other open accommodation during the Iceland summer rush. Security Risks: Ground-level windows next to trash bins with poor locks. Your private room key is the same key that opens the main building door. Staff use the hallway constantly for janitorial storage, right outside your door. No Laundry: The listing mixes up details from the upper apartment to make this basement unit look better.
