Personāla nespēja komunicēt angļu valodā. Biju rezervējis numuru ar brokastīm, bet man lika saprast, ka pirmdienas rītos brokastis nav pieejamas. "Mēģināja" risināt problēmu - jau vakarā atnesa uz istabu maisiņu ar produktiem (vārita ola, jogurts, šķiņķis, kuri siltumā bojājas. Jāpiebilst, ka temperatūra bija +25 un ledusskapis nav. Numuriņu uzkopšana ar putekļu sūcēju vakarā ap 19:00, kas arī nekam neder. Kšpņu telpā vienā posmā manāma pelējuma smaka. No rīta nebija iespējams izrakstīties un nebija norādīta arī vieta, kur atstāt atslēgu
