Complete with a 100' dock, swim ladder, and private swim platform, kayak, pedal boat, and sup board for you to enjoy.

We gad a great stay at the house. Comfortable, roomy, great lakeside living with the upper deck and lower firepit right by the water. Three-season room was perfect also on the day it rained. Hosts were great also, answered all questions promptly.

We stayed 3 nights for my mom's 70th birthday and had an unforgettable time in the Finger Lakes. We picked this property for its central location and 4 bedrooms. We were out and about most of the daytime exploring the area, but enjoyed relaxing in the evenings and coffee on the porch in the mornings. Ken & Ellen are great hosts, and we owe him for saving the day by helping us with a flat tire! This house has everything you'll need for a home away from home getaway. I hope to be back sometime with my kids, they would love this place. Thanks for a great weekend!

Absolutely beautiful. From the time we arrived Ken & Ellen made us feel welcome. The house is oerfect & has everything you need. We had a ton of fun using the grill, the fire pit, & the kayak. The sunroom was perfect for morning coffee & the dock was lovely in the evening to have a glass of wine from 1 of the many winery's. The location is terrific, as it is close to tons of things to do & places to eat. We will definitely be returning.
