Charming, spacious condo with a 2 bedrooms & one bathroom, recently remodeled. For the winter months you will appreciate the fire place. This unit has front door parking. It has a private entrance and is located on the second floor. Condo has open concept living room/dining room/kitchen, and has the ambiance of a wood burning fire place. This is located blocks off of Hwy 281 convenient to nearby malls/shopping, hospitals, medical offices, schools, airport and restaurants. It is also only minutes away from our charming downtown area which has many great boutiques, restaurants, bars, and our historic Grand movie theater. Convenient also to the State Fair grounds, Husker Harvest Days, and to the Crane Trust Nature & Visitor Center.
No smoking allowed, and no parties please.

Definitely a home away from home while in Grand Island for a sporting event. Close to shopping for essentials that cropped up during the week and a myriad of food options. It was so nice to relax on a couch or eat take home at a table at the end of a busy day. And the quiet…to have down time in peace and quiet was restorative. Do note that this is a condo and everyone in your party should be able to climb a set of stairs. Neighbors were friendly and neighborhood safe. Host was easy to communicate with and just a lovely person. We will definitely check availability for this property when back in the area.

This was my first time booking and staying in a VRBO. I felt so welcomed by Cindy, the home-owner. She even messaged me ahead of time to ask what type of coffee and creamer I'd like. :-) She also left a care package on the table with extra toiletries that we could not necessarily bring on the plane. Cindy really went above and beyond to help us feel at home. She met us at the rental and left clear directions for appliances, T.V.s, remotes, and anything else she thought we might need. If we come back to Grand Island, we will definitely use this rental again. It was located close to everything that we needed and it was easy to find. Thank you Cindy for letting us borrow your wonderful home.
