About this house rental

Comfortable 2 bedroom duplex with an attached garage. This home is located in a residential neighborhood, convenient to restaurants, shopping and Grand Island Senior High for sporting events. Close to the malls and near Highway 281 for easy access. The home is a 1950's style but the interior has been recently painted and the hardwood floors have been refinished to their natural beauty! Additional amenities include: clothes washer & dryer and gas grill, just perfect for a relaxing bbq! Dog friendly. Contact me for directions or recommendations. Nice quiet Location. Clean, Well stocked with supplies. Host was very easy to get a hold of and accommodating. Nice place to stay! Will stay there again 10 out of 10 in my book!!!!

We hadn't seen on the listing that this is a duplex so that was an unwanted surprise. The beds were comfortable and clean, but the kitchen was not well stocked with utensils. The neighborhood was noisy.
