Comfortable 2 bedroom duplex with an attached garage. This home is located in a residential neighborhood, convenient to restaurants, shopping and Grand Island Senior High for sporting events. Close to the malls and near Highway 281 for easy access. The home is a 1950's style but the interior has been recently painted and the hardwood floors have been refinished to their natural beauty! Nice quiet Location. Clean, Well stocked with supplies. Host was very easy to get a hold of and accommodating. Nice place to stay! Will stay there again 10 out of 10 in my book!!!!

We hadn't seen on the listing that this is a duplex so that was an unwanted surprise. The beds were comfortable and clean, but the kitchen was not well stocked with utensils. The neighborhood was noisy.
