We're located in Sunrise Beach, MO at the 25 mm on the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks in Kinchlow Hollow Cove - a large, quiet, no-wake cove where you can safely swim and float without the worry of big boats and waves pushing you around - a coveted thing on this big, busy lake!

* Pull out sofa (double) for lazy movie watching or sleeping overflow (you'll find all the bedding in the lift-up chaise)

Fully equipped kitchen including NEW appliances, pots and pans, crockpot, blender, hand mixer, ample cooking, baking & dining utensils, essentials like coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, olive oil, and basic cooking seasonings; 10-person dining table, island seating for 3.
BATHROOMS
Completely remodeled, double spa shower heads, and plenty of hot water thanks to a hybrid water heater, full-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap. Plentiful fluffy, white bath towels. In addition to the 2 upstairs bathrooms, there is a half bath on the lower level.
PARKING
Designated parking (up to 4 vehicles). We can also recommend nearby storage facilities to rent space for boat trailers or overflow parking.
BRING OR RENT A BOAT
Dock slip included for your use - 10' wide x 28' long x 11.5' H (max boat length 36' - can also tie off on the side of dock if you don't wish to use the slip)
Ramp to put in: 10 minutes away. Message us for a map of boat put-in and trailer parking options close to the house.

NEW washer & dryer (laundry detergent provided), NEW 65-gallon hybrid water heater (hot showers for everyone!), NEW air-conditioning and central heating, fans in all rooms, smart lock code system for no-contact entry.

Your safety matters. This property features exterior surveillance cameras at the driveway, back decks, and dock area. They do not look into any interior spaces. In addition, the property includes a smart fire & carbon dioxide detector. It will notify the host if smoke is detected. If there are any concerns, the host may contact you to make sure everything is okay.

The house was perfect for our group! Updated and with lots of attention to small details to make the stay easier on the guests! The low key cove was nice to have a chill lake day at the dock! The hosts were very accommodating and easy to get ahold of!

We had the best time at the bamboo bungalow. The house was very comfortable, clean and had everything you need. Jessica was great at communicating and made our stay very enjoyable. Would highly recommend.
