Obiekt w dobrym położeniu. Lokalizacja na duży plus, parking przed obiektem nie stanowił żadnego problemu. W bloku winda która ułatwia poruszanie. W pobliżu dużo sklepów a także park. Kontakt z właścicielem jest bardzo sympatyczny i personel bardzo szybko jest żeby pomóc.

Trzeba wspomnieć, że no niestety apartament potrzebuje remontu, najbardziej dokuczliwa kwestia jest temat niezbyt dobrze działającego oświetlenia. Przepalone żarówki, które utrudniają funkcjonowanie.

Lokalizacja dobra - nieco oddalone od centrum, do plaży przyjemny spacer. W okolicy sklepy, kawiarnie, ale nie w przytłaczającej ilości. Wypożyczalnie rowerów w pobliżu. Apartament przestronny, przyjemny taras. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Choć apartament wyposażony w zmywarkę - brak tabletek. Brak dobrego wyposażenia kuchni, zbyt mało zastawy, itp. Podbijam temat wcześniej wspomniany w komentarzach - sugeruję odświeżenie apartamentu.
