I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort! From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything exceeded my expectations. The resort was beautiful, spotless, peaceful, and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax. What truly made my experience unforgettable was the incredible hospitality of the staff. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. I would especially like to thank Remonda for her outstanding service. She was exceptionally friendly, caring, and professional, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Her kindness and genuine hospitality made me feel truly welcome, and she is a real credit to the resort. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I left with wonderful memories. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely nothing

For us, the highlight of the hotel was the promptness, kindness, and availability of all the staff in addressing the issues described below. They were genuinely helpful throughout our stay.

I have respiratory issues and asthma. I informed the hotel in advance about my sensitivity to fragrances, however, the room still contained fragranced products. The room was very dark, which the hotel stated was part of its aesthetic. However, there was significant dirt and visible mold. I requested the removal of the bamboo light fixtures located above the bed headboards, as they were dusty. I also had to remove all the curtains from the room, as the hotel sprays fragrance on them. Without the curtains, the experience became extremely uncomfortable, as we had no privacy at all. The villa is highly exposed, located along the pathway to the hotel pool and the access to the beach. In addition, the shower water pressure was very poor, taking approximately 20 minutes to shower and wash my hair properly. The gastronomic offering also requires significant improvement, as it is not compatible with a five-star hotel standard. We paid USD 3,400 for three nights (an average of USD 1,130 per night). Considering all these issues, the experience does not represent good value for money.
