We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The location is very central and close to everything, which made getting around very convenient. A special thank you to Marco and Shenouda at Reception for being so welcoming, helpful, and professional. Also, many thanks to Mohamed from Housekeeping for his excellent service and attention to details to make our stay even more comfortable. The food at the restaurant is delicious and has a great variety. A special thank you to Mohamed, who always takes care of you in the best way with his amazing service and beautiful smile.

Location
A very modest place that does not deserve to be called a hotel. At best, it is a very basic guesthouse with no elevators and extremely small rooms. The property lacks even the minimum standards of quality. The breakfast has no variety and is poor, and the service is extremely slow — sometimes taking more than an hour.
