The place is close to the station, and at night lots of places to eat around, so you won't have to be worried about that.
The room is clean, air conditioning works well, and the bed is comfy, it's worth the money staying here.
Staff (or is it owner?) is a bit stiff, but they well-prepared with signs even if you can't speak japanese, so it's not much of an obstacle.
