Excellent staff. Bathroom is well appointed. Absence of microwave in room made it less convenient but there is a communal microwave. Free onsite laundry a major plus (pay only for drying). Did not have a chance to visit in-hotel onsen but they offer tattoo patches. Very conveniently located next to a Family Mart. under 1 km from Takasaki Station.

The hotel is good for the quiet atmosphere and excellent onsen. But the Pillows in the bedroom are terrible.
