Casa completamente ristrutturata, super accogliente e con ogni confort. Nonostante fosse al -1 senza aria condizionata super fresca ed ariosa. Spazio esterno sotto al.porticato super Cosa ho adorato la posizione, la super pace, la vista... Se avessi una seconda casa al mare la vorrei cosi

L’appartamento si trova in posizione strategica per raggiungere le spiagge di Cala Gonone (anche a piedi, per chi ha voglia di camminare) e tutte le altre zone del golfo. Gli spazi della casa sono ben attrezzati e puliti, e la veranda fuori è ottima per pranzi e cene. Il parcheggio pubblico fuori casa è sempre disponibile!
Assenza dell’aria condizionata nell’appartamento dove abbiamo alloggiato, ma non ne abbiamo sentito la necessità perché era ben posizionato e riparato dal sole, essendo al piano -1
