Ultra comfortable upscale lodging on Texas' favorite Lake LBJ.We are located in the Heart of the Texas Hill Country, Granite Shoals, 6 miles from beautiful Marble Falls. Please No Pets and No Smoking allowed(owner has severe allergies) Total 5 guests allowed in condo but only 4 adults Max. A wonderful condo in an amazing location! Everything was clean and we felt right at home. We were hesitant on having enough space, but we had plenty and everyone was comfortable! We loved having the beach, lake, and pools all very close to us. We would definitely come back!

The rental was perfect, it had everything we needed, the location is ideal for families. The beach area was great for swimming, floating dock for jumping, fishing was good. We will be back. My boys had a fantastic time. The rental was clean, good location.

The perfect place!

The perfect place!

This place was amazing. When you first walked in you knew you chose the perfect place. It was so clean, inviting, cozy and had everything you needed. It was a very very short walk to the beach/lake. It was quiet and relaxing. After a long day of hiking at Pedernales Falls State Park it was so nice to come back to a wonderful place to relax, grill outside, star gaze at the beach area with a glass of wine, complimentary of the hostess! The bed was super comfortable! The location is close to the town of Marble Falls, which has shopping in the Downtown area and wonderful places to eat. I can’t wait to go back. I can say I had one of the most relaxing weekend time away because of where we stayed. I would recommend this place 100%!

Great Getaway

Although we didn't use the amenities like the pools and beach, we had a great time here. The condo was exactly as described and was clean and well stocked. The best part was how quiet the area is. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and lakefront properties on our morning walks. Would stay here again.

Everything about this location is great, especially if you plan on getting on the water. There is a boat ramp within walking distance (1 + block) away. Also you are pretty close to both Marble Falls and Kingsland, both have good shops, places to eat, and groceries stores. The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated that basically says come on in and relax.

Just my wife and I on this trip and the condo was perfect and would have cost the same to stay in a hotel. We didn’t use the beach area at the lake but it would be wonderful during nice weather. No issues with the condo or communication with the owner…..would stay again.

Amazing! Peaceful family retreat

First time we stayed here, and it was above and beyond our expectations. The condo is very clean and well-equipped. I appreciated the beautiful and peaceful decoration. Even though we came in January, we had sunny, warm days and were able to enjoy the little beach and relax in front of the fire afterwards. And the deer! They come right up to the condos. So beautiful! The town of Marble falls has a fun historic Main Street area with shopping and dining and the cutest candy store/ soda fountain for the kids. The owner rates a 5 out of 5 in communication and friendliness. She is quick to answer any questions and has everything you need to know laid out for you. We will be coming back!

Wonderful experience! Liza supplies everything you could need for hanging with friends and family! From bar stools for hanging in the kitchen, a cute little breakfast table, a large comfortable couch, and a table and chairs on the patio... we spent a lot of our vacation just hanging out inside cooking and laughing with friends ! Liza communicates very well and responds very quickly! We loved the small pool in the evening because of great shade, and just a very short walk to the beach area with sand and loved putting our toes in the water. Awesome stay!

Liza made everything easy and communicated everything we needed to know. The condo is very clean and comfortable. We were there for a fishing tournament at Lake LBJ and this was a great location! Liza and Tim were very friendly!
