About this house rental

New 3 Bedroom 2 Bath home. Perfect Condition. Stained concrete floors, no carpet, fenced in backyard. Concrete patio with ceiling fan over it. Ceiling fans in all the rooms. Full kitchen with all the amenities including a washer and dryer. There are 2 King beds and 1 Full bed. Black-out shade in 1 King bedroom. 2 walk in closets, and you can walk to Lake LBJ. Granite Shoals offers many lakeside parks, some with boat ramps. There is room on lot next door to park a boat and/or an RV!
